The sheer beauty and joy of this music and the reverence towards its source literally makes me well up. I think DB would have loved it. As luck would have it, the day I bought this, I discovered that they are playing the Electric Ballroom the following month - I cannot wait!

I’ve listened to the original masterpiece so many times that I was a bit sceptical at first about this release. But I like it a lot… very recognisable and very different at the same time. It doesn’t happen often that you can sing along immediately from the beginning to the end with a brand new album. Very nicely done!
